A unique place for unique Fiat Spider pictures Hans Zoetbrood's Spider on an alpine meadow in the Vosges - October 2003 (and how this magnificent photo would look like a watercolor picture) and as a Beauty on the beach..........what a car, what a picture! From Con & Ton Westen this picture is not their most unique of their Spider, but with their Spider. SPIDER DOGMost dogs are just crazy about driving in a car with their head out of the window. Just like our Bernese Mountain Dog Tessa likes to do. The unpleasant side of it is, that most dogs after such a drive in the open air will catch some nasty red eyes or even a serious inflammation of the eyes. Just like our Bernese Mountain Dog. And, if on warm and sunny days (cool wind in my hair) you want to get out for a drive wthout leaving your dog at home alone, you got to think of something unusual. In our situation we decided to visit a specialist shop for motorcycles and motorcycle accessories to try on a real motorcycle goggles for our Bernese Mountain Dog. Thanks to her massive head and pronounced nose most goggles fitted her surprisingly well and (after a lot of fun and laughter with the sales personnel) we selected a trendy Italian type (an original Baruffaldi) because of the perfect fit. After that, we bought in a petshop an adjustable dog harness and with some tinkering in our Spider a solid anchored safety belt was mounted behind the back bench. Although we have an idea that she is not fond of the fumbling with the goggles beforehand, she endures all this, because she knows that she is going with us in the open Spider. She is, like most dogs, so fond of driving with us in the open air, that it compensates all other unusual aspects. Sitting on the back bench, she towers -owing to her massive size- just above the windscreen up in the wind. With wild flapping hair and cool motorcycle goggles she visibly enjoys the fast passing world from her new seat. And, because of that we started all this, without unpleasant and painful eye problems for our Spider dog ! Two dazzling Spiders owned by Lydia Aziria and Nico Klomp in front of their house in Central Amsterdam. The red Spider (XN-32-GR) is described in the book FIAT 124 - SPIDER & COUPÉ written by Martin Buckley from the series DE KLASSIEKEN as : 'an extremely rare 2000 Turbo'. With the evidence here below.......! The description in the book is beyond all doubt. FIAT EN VACANCES, TOUJOURS EN PROVENCE The 124 Spider to which Sophia en Denis van Neck said goodbye after 20 years..... which car not only brought them to the Provence each year, but also to Turin in Italy. The beauties of Bas Gielen......( le bellezze di Bas ) Italy and the Italian lakes also seduced Bas Gielen and his girlfriend.Eternized right here on the route from Lugano to Mennàggio along the Lago di Lugano, while this music filled the air. Rocky Mountains - Colorado USA Allen and Lynette Lofland in their 1978 Fiat Spider 1800 travelling through the Rocky Mountains USA.
