Hello, dear Ton Westen,
write you this, because I love your setup of your pages and your nice, friendly and unconventional easy approach to the 124 community.
Beeing Austrian but also a retired CEO and Chairman of an US-Advertising Network (Leo Burnett/Chicago) in Europe, I just bought a 124 / ´81 - US re-import in Düsseldorf, September last year, drove home to Vienna overnight and arrived happy the next day at 05:00 in Vienna.
The car is a beauty - as you can see below - and now in inspection. BUT more important is the information for you and all other 124 enthusiasts:
I own a small boutique winery for Prosecco in Italy - the ideal place for 124 tours and holidays. This winery with a separate guesthouse and 2 appartements is lcated just 50 km north of Venice! (Open to visitors, Prosecco buyers, holidaymakers and 124-lovers from April to October each year!)
Please be so kind and visit our website for seeing all and having all details and pictures - but only at at the end of this Februari!! (the www.coldistella.it is being reshaped and now in finalisation - so just a little patience!).
But then: Enjoy and maybe we see each other in Italy, where the 124 belongs in the end!! On the other hand: Thank you for your efforts and keeping this very informative site ´on life´.
